Who Cares What You Think?

A friend told me, the world is full of critics, so why care about other people's opinion?! Half of the time, they're just mad because they are not doing what you're doing! And when they don't know what you really got going, the unknown is a silent killer! 

It's funny that people will remember everything about you except the good parts. They'll tell everybody everything you got wrong, and overlook what's right. Why can't people give you your props?! Just be happy for the next person. But, everybody so called grown, until someone else doing better than them! And boy people hate to see other people succeeding. SMH. It's sad. 

Everybody always want to be in competition,

That's why I'm learning how to be in my own lane, minding my own business!

Sometimes it's best to be your own hype man,

Everybody is not going to root for you, everybody don't agree with your plan.

But, keep going after your dreams, keep sight of your vision,

Because when you're dedicated to that mission,

No one can stop you, no one can tell you anything different.

And it's funny that it's often times the ones closer to you that cheers you on the least,

They'll do and say everything about  your journey except how to be a part of your support team.

But, look past their negativity. 

Screw their criticism. 

They're just mad because they had plans, but your plans were bigger. 

See, you can use their judgment and hate as motivation,

Go hard for what you believe in and let your success smile in their faces, 

And you don't owe them an explanation,

Build your platform and let your end result be the conversation. 

At the end of the day, your opinion is the only one that matters,

They don't pay your bills, they're non m'fkn factors,

Oh, excuse my manners,

But, if you want to know how I feel about people,

They can kiss my ass,

Final answer!

Never second guess your craft, your vision, your success because of someone else's insecurities. If you believe in yourself, that's all that matters. The only person that has to be proud of you, is you! Pat yourself on the back and keep it moving.
